Hi Viny

Na verdade, vc tem que tirar todos os 's
Eles são contrações de is, do verb to be, e não devemos usar verb to be aqui

it sounds fun / that sounds fun
it looks nice / that looks nice

's tb pode ser abreviação de has, mas não vamos entrar neste detalhe aqui.

espero ter ajudado
Flavia o que gostaria de saber é se uso it ou that acompanhado de sounds fun, looks nice e etc

Olá Viny,

Completando...

Você pode usar tanto "it" quanto "that" neste caso.

That sounds fun.
It sounds fun.

That looks good.
It looks good.

Bons estudos!

Pessoal,
De um modo geral, os adjetivos se ajuntam a "sounds" (como verbo: "it/this/that sounds...") diretamente:

That sounds awful.
That sounds great.
It sounds interesting.
It sounds wonderful.

"Fun", no entanto, não é um adjetivo. É um substantivo. O adjetivo seria "funny". Então o comum é construir as frases assim:

That sounds funny.

Mas:

That sounds like fun. (like=as if it could be)
That sounds like work.
That sounds like a dream come true.
That sounds like (a) pain.
