No meu livro de exercicios eu tenho uma pergunta para responder:
Do any of your siblings still live with your parents? --> essa é a pergunta
R.: With my parents live my two brothers, Diego e Denis.
Minha duvida é, o correto é:
With my parents live my two brothers, Diego e Denis.
ou
With my parents lives my two brothers, Diego e Denis.

Veja que você se confundiu porque a ordem sujeito + verbo + predicado foi invertida.
With my parents live my two brothers = My two brothers live with my parents.
E a pergunta exige uma resposta "sim" ou "não"; e pra ficar completinha também precisa do "still" que aparece na pergunta.

Yes, two of my brothers still live with my parents.
Veja que você se confundiu porque a ordem sujeito + verbo + predicado foi invertida.
