Vcs poderiam olhar na versão em Inglês que eu fiz para o texto abaixo ? por favor aceito sugestões para melhorar e também na minha duvida na ultima frase.

Os acontecimentos sociais, políticos e econômico do último século, além da evolução tecnológica influenciaram e mudaram definitivamente a maneira do homem trabalhar. A idéia do teletrabalho recebeu uma considerável atenção nos últimos anos. Mostrar a situação atual do teletrabalho, sua importância no mundo contemporâneo, suas caracaterísticas, formas, alguns de seus reflexos na vida das pessoas e das organizações, é o objetivo deste artigo. É mostrado o conceito de teletrabalho, sua evolução, vantagens e desvantagens. Procurou-se dar uma visão deste assunto que, mais do que se imagina, envolve uma verdadeira revolução na estrutura de trabalho das pessoas e que está presente nos dias atuais na vida de muitos trabalhadores. O conceito de usar a tecnologia da informação para trabalhar distante do local normal de trabalho deve se tornar uma forma de atuação cada vez mais presente na vida das pessoas e das organizações.

The idea of teleworking has received a considerable amount of attention in recent years. To show the current state of teleworking and its importance in the contemporary world, its characteristics, forms, some of its effects on people and organizations, is the purpose of this article. It is discussed the concept of teleworking, its evolution, advantages and disadvantages. It was tried to give an overview of this subject that, more than it is though, involves a revolution in the structure of the work and the teleworking is part of present-day lives of many workers.
