Correção de texto - A formal report

Hi Folks,

Could you help me proofreading the following text?

A formal report - Health initiatives

Proposed Initiative:
Over 200 employees were interviewed to decide on the viability of a company's health initiative program. The initiative examined was a proposal about group exercises in the morning, a kind of collective warm-up.

Public Reaction:
The research find out that 70 per cent of the interviewees would agree with the proposal. A common argument was that this kind of exercise are more gentle and help the employees that don't like to work out to do some exercise and keep healthy.
Not surprisingly, there were many other (30 per cent) who took the opposite view: that people may think the company is trying to coerce them into some kind of forced exercise. However, when interviewees were asked if the join into this exercise group were up to the employee, the response was 90 per cent positive.

Recommendation:
Accordingly, we recommend that a pilot scheme be set up in the company over a three-month period. During this time, the company can register the amount of people who joined the group. Another recommendation is not to coerce the employees to work out, but instead, stimulate them to have a healthy routine.

Thanks in advance,

A formal report - Health initiatives

Proposed Initiative:
Over 200 employees were interviewed to decide on the viability of IMPLEMENTATION OF AN OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH-RELATED PROGRAM FOR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY INTO THE COMPANY. The EXAMINED initiative was a proposal about SUPPORTING AND ENCOURAGING EMPLOYEE´S PHYSICAL ACTIVITY BY PARTICIPATING IN WORKING GROUP ON A " STRETCHING BEFORE STARTING WORK ACTIVITY ", a kind of collective warm-up.

WORKERS´ Reaction:
The research FOUND out that 70 per cent of the interviewees would agree with the proposal. A common argument was that this TYPE of PHYSICAL exercise IS GENTLER and IT COULD help THOSE employees WHO don't like to work out DOING some EXERCISES and KEEPING THEMSELVES HEALTHIER.
Not surprisingly, there were many other (30 per cent) who took the opposite view: that people may think THAT the company WOULD BE trying to coerce them into some SORT of forced exercise. However, when interviewees were asked if the ADHERENCE TO this exercise group WOULD BE up to the EMPLOYEES, the response was 90 per cent positive.

RecommendationS:
Accordingly, we recommend that a pilot scheme be set up in the company over a three-month period. During this time, the company can register the amount of people who joined the group. Another recommendation is not to coerce the employees to work out, INSTEAD OF THIS, stimulate them to have a healthy routine.
