had a go a this, here is my friendly suggestion.
There are five people in this picture, each sitting on a simple green chair. I think they are waiting for an interview, no one looks happy.
From left to right, the first person is a woman. She has fair skin and straight, medium to long hair, definitely not short hair. She is wearing a short, black dress, a white blazer and black high heels. She is seated, holding a yellow folder in vertical position in between her crossed legs.[I'm hoping that's what you meant] She looks nervous and uncomfortable.
Next to her there is a man. He has fair skin, short black hair, and a trimmed beard. He is wearing a casual blue suit, a clean blue shirt, a blue tie, black shoes, a pair of black socks, and a watch on his left arm. His legs are crossed and his hands are on top of a black folder sitting on his legs. He is staring away from the first woman and looks quite anxious.
Next to him there is another woman. She has fair skin but is more tanned than the other women in the room. Her hair is blonde-darkish brown. She is wearing a dark blue blazer, a white shirt, short black skirt, and beige high heels. She is holding a green folder, her eyelids are close, and she looks uncomfortable.
The fourth person is also woman. She is wearing very similar clothes to the woman next to her, but instead of a short skirt, she is wearing a medium length skirt; and her hair looks similar too. She has fair skin and is holding a white folder.
Finally, the last person is a man. He has also fair skin, short hair, and doesn't have a beard. He is wearing a blue dark suit, a white shirt, a tie of the same color as his suit, a black shoes, and black socks. He is holding a blue folder and is staring at the floor. His legs are crossed and he looks sad and worried
People who habitually cross their legs tend to be more reserved, and are often nervous, or have a very defensive attitude.
