What does a leader look like? What do they do that is so different? What traits do they have? The dictionary definition of leadership is “to lead a group of people or a organization”. But I think it is not as simple as that. As a leader, you need to understand what traits will help you achieve the goals of the organization/group.
It is very important to point out that leadership is different from management. A manager is the member of an organization with the responsability of carrying out important functions of management: planning, organizing, leading and controlling. Unfornately, not all managers are leaders. Some of them do not have leadership qualities, and employees just follow their orders because they are obligated to do so – not because they are influenced or inspired by their manager.
The primary difference between management and leadership is that leaders do not necessarily hold or occupy a management position, in other words, they do not have to be an authority figure in the organization. Unlike managers, leaders are followed because their personality, behavior, and beliefs – they are respected (not feared) by the people around them, in fact, leadershipe is about inspiring and motivating people to work together towards a goal.
In light of the foregoing, we can say that is basically impossible for a company to evolve and grow - especially during this time when digital technology is changing every aspect of how business is being done – without effective leadership. A company without a real leader will be like a ship sailing without a captain.

Fiquei na dúvida...E aqui nesta parte: "we can say that is basically impossible..."
Troque o "is" por "it's".
It's a pleasure to be here
It's raining ( Está chovendo)
It's late, I should go to bed( Está tarde, devo ir dormir)
It's the best part of the movie (É a melhor parte do filme)
The house(objeto especificado) IS blue
My car is faster than yours
The teacher is american
Quando nao se encaixa nesse caso como dizia, o "é" passa de "is" pra IT IS/IT'S
O que é o caso da frase do seu texto: we can say that (aqui o that quer dizer "que" e não "isso", o que nesse caso você usaria IS porque o "that" se traduzindo como "isso" se classificaria como o objeto especificado na frase) it's basically impossible... = Podemos dizer que é praticamente impossível...
Por quê neste caso seria it's? Fiquei na dúvida...E aqui nesta parte: "we can say that is basically impossible..."
Troque o "is" por "it's".
Boa noite,
Você utilizou follow through como um phrasal verb? Eu encontrei como significado apenas "dar continuidade"...
