Medical hospitality is defined as a set of service of the regular hospitality industry adapted to the hospital environment, aiming at providing better accommodation to the pacient. This segment arose in the beginning of the decade 80, when the insurance helth plan started to demand some differencials at the customer’s attention, then giving a better hospital sevice.

Hospitals and Hotels differentiate, obviously, at their main goal. Hospitals aim to offer helth care, treat the helth of their patient, whereas hotels aim to give accommodation, meal, and entertainment. But however it doesn’t seems at first time, there are considerable resemblances between the extructure and working of both segments.
The medical hospitality make a link between customer (patient) and the service of nusing, nutrition and the clinical area, as soom as careful criteria estabilished to this purpose be respected and it must have collaboration between several areas of the hospital.

Medical hospitality is defined as a set of services of the regular hospitality industry adapted to the hospital environment, aiming at providing better accommodation to the patient. This segment arose at the beginning of the 80s decade (OU at the beginning of the 1980s/in the early 1980s), when the health insurance (OU health plan) started to demand some differentials at the customer’s attention, then providing a better hospital service(s).

Hospitals and Hotels differ (OU can be distinguished), obviously, by their main goal. Hospitals aim to offer health care, deal with the health of their patient, whereas hotels aim to give accommodation, meal, and entertainment. But however it doesn’t seems at first time, there are considerable resemblances between the structure and working of both segments.
The medical hospitality makes a link between customer (patient) and the nursing service, nutrition and the clinical area, as soon as? [sera as well as?] carefully criteria established with/to the purpose of being respected and there must be collaboration between several areas of the hospital.

Well done Carls! Congrats.

The medical hospitality makes a link between customer (patient) and nursing service(1), nutrition and clinical areas(2). Provided that carefully administrative and medical criteria are established by the departments/staff involved.

(1) You are talking in general, it could be the nursing service of any given hospital, or any nursing service. Notice that you used customer (patient) in a general way.
(2)I got in two minds here, because it could be thought "clinical area of the hospital in question". So, perhaps the two ways are acceptable.
This comment is just an educated guess, I am no health professional, but at least this is kick-off of sorts. Let´s wait for more then.
