The interface user (UI) of the system/software is desined with an heuristic approach...
The system has an heuristic-based interface not a system-oriented one, so it meets the highest responsivity standards wich the user may expect. The interface is effective and consistent with the user needs. Besides, the software/program runs on any Operational System.
Besides, the application/software/program is able to run on any operational system/nearly all Operational System. There´s a 32-bit and other 64-bit version of it.
The 32/64-bit versions was a stretch, but I added this detail since you had mentioned "any operational system". If you have a nice, well-thought program that runs on any operational system, perhaps you want that program operating on any version too! Not that a 32-bit don´t run on a 64-bit computer, but the other way around isn´t possible.
Ah, this is just an ESL approach, the natives, more advanced ones or techie-savvy may comment and polish it further!
