Correção de texto - The mathematics

Olá Felipe, Bom Dia! Segue a minha correção do seu texto com algumas observações. Espero ter sido útil!

The Mathematics.
Initially (1), (today) I’m not going to teach you about some (of) math’s theory, but I’ll speak about interesting things (that relate) to math.
Everybody knows that “Math is everywhere” (and,) therefore, into other sciences. For example, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Astronomy, among others (2). It does not need other sciences to explain itself because (it is able to) explain itself. (3)
Contrary to popular belief, math is not a “Numbers Science”, but is (a) “Structure Science” (4), (which) means mathematicians don’t worry to work out (5), but with other questions for example: (answering the question) “Why math’s operations work?” (in addition to finding) solutions (to) theoretical problems and new discoveries (in the field).
A mathematician can understand other study fields without knowing (the) theory (behind) the field (in question). (By) only analyzing math expressions, (a mathematician can perceive) statistical patterns (6) because many studies in several fields use math to describe them.
Finally, now (I’d like to say) a famous quote about math by Galileo Galilei: “Mathematics is the alphabet with which God has written the Universe”

(1) Usar a expressão “First of all” (em primeiro lugar, primeiramente) implica uma ordem de tópicos subsequentes, criando a obrigatoriedade de usar “segundamente”, “terceiramente” etc. Recomendo usar a expressão “For starters” (para começar) ou “Initially” (inicialmente, de inicio), que apenas cria a obrigatoriedade de você encerrar com “Finally” (finalmente);
(2) "Among others" (entre outros/as) pode ser usado no lugar da famigerada expressão "etc.", o que dá variedade ao texto;
(3) Recomendo alterar a ordem dos elementos e revisar esta frase; sugestão: “It is able to explain itself, not needing the knowledge of other sciences to do so” (“Ela é capaz de se explicar por si mesma, não precisando do conhecimento de outras ciências para fazê-lo”)
(4) Se a Matemática for "uma ciência de estrutura", a aplicação está correta. No entanto, se for “uma ciência estruturada”, a aplicação correta é “structured Science”.
(5) Os matemáticos não se exercitam? Eles trabalham fora? Ou não consideram certas questões no estudo da Matemática? Não consegui achar um sentido para este fragmento. Peço que envie a parte em português para que eu possa adaptá-la.
(6) A Estatística lida com padrões (patterns), certo?
