Correção de texto: The motorcycle history

Back then the ships and the steam-powered locomotives were already common. As well as in the Europe, the steam-powered buses were working normally in the USA, France and England. The experiments to adapt a steam engine in light vehicles were getting succeed. Even with the progress of the gasoline engine, it continued until 1920 when they were definitively abandoned.

Marcelo,

Here follow my suggestions:

The motorcycle was invented simultaneously by an American and a Frenchman, who didn't even know each other's work while researching in their own countries. Sylvester Roper, from USA, and Louis Perreaux, from the other side of the Atlantic ocean, manufactured a steam-powered bicycle in 1869. Back then, the ships and the steam-powered locomotives were already common; steam-powered buses were working normally in the USA, France and England. The experiments to adapt a steam engine to light vehicles were succeeding one another. Even with the progress of the gasoline engine, the steam engine experiments continued until 1920, when they were definitively abandoned.

(1) When someone creates something new, use the verb 'invent', rather than 'create'. It sounds more accurate.
(2) The word 'Frenchman' looks better there, in my opinion, then the word 'French' (though it is not wrong).
(3) Use specific verbs, when they exist, instead of made and do, which are too generic.
(4) The sentence "it continued until 1920 when they were definitively abandoned" sounds vague to me. In English, the subject of the sentences must be clear; otherwise, the reader might have a problem to understand what has been written.
(5) The word overseas could replace the phrase "the other side of the Atlantic ocean".

Apart from a few mistakes, a very good job!!

Cheers!
