Today was a big day. But not for a good reason.
Well, I woke up earlier than usual because I had to go to the doctor. I was feeling as sad as always but I didn't expect being diagnosticed with Major depression. I don't know what to hink, to be honest, but I feel like my life is getting harder than natural.
I can't handle this all by myself. I feel insecure about myself most of the time, I feel ugly, annoying and useless.

Somethings keep burning in my mind and I don't know how to get over this.

Today was a big day. We don’t use this structure to say that a day was bad.
Try: Today was a very hard day.
(But not for a good reason. )
Well, I woke up earlier than usual because I had to go to the doctor. I was feeling sad and depressive as I normally feel, but I didn't expect to be diagnosed with Major depression. I don't know what to think, to be honest, but I feel like my life is getting harder than usual.
I can't handle this all by myself. I feel insecure about myself most of the time, I feel ugly, annoying and useless.

Something keeps burning in my mind and I don't know how to get over this.

Examples: as sad as: it is a comparative: I feel as sad as my brother….
My life is getting harder than natural (this noun here is not the right collocation- usual is a better choice)

I don’t know if you got things off your chest (desabafou). But if you did I would like to give you some pieces of advice:
Never think you are ugly;
We must always think good things about ourselves;
If you are depressed, fight against it with all your strength;
You must think: I am a winner, I am a special person, I am a beautiful woman;
Don’t stay at home: go running, go for a walk and try to observe the good things about life such as nature;
We are what we think, so please stop undermining yourself;
Read good books;
Go to the cinema;
Hang out with your friends;
Talk to someone you really trust;
You know English, so try to participate more here on EE; it may be good for you to distract yourself from your depression;
I just want to finish telling you that you are a special person. And very brave too! Don’t give up!
Sometimes in life we get through difficult situations and they come up in our lives to be overcome.
