I haven't studied english for a long time so I really need help.

The internet has increasing the availability of information and consequently has been helping people to improve the quality and quantity of education. Also, the web has been turning easier and faster to know about what it is happening around the world.
Nowadays we have online, a variety of information to help us to learn about different subjects on science, politics, literature and even other languages. Through researches on line, people can solve simple doubts which can be a great help on school and college. Also is possible to do online courses, a more comfortable and sometimes with lower cost, way of to complete education requirements or to advance in professional education.
With its spread, internet has become a popular source of informaion that provides updated news in a fast and easy way. Journal websites and blogs can be accessed in any time by using computers, tablets and cell phone, for example. Furthermore, this experience can be shared by e-mail and social media, exchanging information and multiplying access.
Despite benefits, the large quantity of information in the internet can be difficult to the people to handle. This information overload can make people anxious, reduce its focus and thus, can make them less productive. Nowadays a variety of professionals face this kind of situation.
Information from internet is important in our daily life but Its necessary while connected, avoid distractions, and focuse in what it is really important to know about on that ecxatly moment. Also people have to indentife in each moment if its necessary reduce intake or allow more time to process everything.
