Andrezza, desculpe complementar novamente minha sugestão acima. Fui lembrado por um colega do English Experts para apontar a correção de dois pequenos erros que me passaram despercebido, são eles:
"The company (has) informed that this an interruption can be caused due to lack of electicity power, from 9h to 14h, this Tuesday."
that's incorrect;

"The company (has) informed that this interruption can happen due to lack of electricity power this Tuesday, from 9h to 14h."
That's correct, right.

"An" and "electicity" can be a typo -
"An" is not necessary in the sentence and the second word is written using incorrect spelling;

"Due to" is "caused by" so it is redundant to write both words together.

Saneago has informed that there may be an interruption in the water supply for almost 40 families in the same neighborhood in Aparecida de Goiânia. The supply can be interrupted this Tuesday. The company (has) informed that this an interruption can be caused due to lack of electicity power, from 9h to 14h, this Tuesday.

Cheers!

Andrezza, just to clarify what I wrote above:

- The word "neighbor / neighbour" isolated does not collocate with the preposition IN in the context. If the text is about the village or area the word "neighborhood" is better, but use IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. Prepositions can be tricky; lol

- I wrote "has" as an option (check the 3rd line) to make a more coherent text. You can write, for example, that "the company announced (informed) that yesterday" (that is correct), but in case you do not want to mention "when", because that piece or information is not important, perfect tense should be better once you applied that structure at the very beginning of the text.

Wait for more replies, right!

See you around!

Just a piece of advice: pay attention to the time.

"The company (has) informed that this interruption can happen due to lack of electricity power this Tuesday, from 9h to 14h
