Both jobs require commitment and cooperation, and you have to be fast and agile as well.
The only problem is the difference in the salary.
In the last sentence doesn´t seem like having anything wrong with it. Perhaps, it might have a logical flaw, since you said "the only problem" and certainly there will be more problems after making comparisons.
Again, perhaps if you had stated "the mainly problem" or ''the problem", it was more to the point; but it´s a case of "the beauty is on the eyes of the beholder". So, it´s just me here, my opinion.
