Eu gostaria de saber se o seguinte texto está correto:
The book is about how was the year of yes.
Shonda tells about her story by no means funny as she is an introverted, so she didn't feel comfortable with social events, interviews and so on.But during Thanksgiving Day, Shonda talked to her sister about getting invitations to social events and interviews.Suddenly, her sister said, "you never say yes to anything".In other words, she never goes to social events.
From this moment on, she said, yes, to everything that scared her.

Opa, tudo certo? Aqui o que corrigi: algumas pontuações e vírgulas que removi ou acrescentei, preposições como "on" (já que foi dito Thanksgiving Day acabamos por usar "on") dentro outras coisas.
