Se uma pessoa pergunta a outra: você não vem aqui em casa amanhã, certo ou correto?
E a outra responde: Correto.
É mais natural responder "That's right " ou "correct" e "That's correct", podem também? Ou correct e that's correct é mais formal ou seria uma resposta mais para certo e errado?

Could be "I won't." (short for I will not).
"That's right" is usually said to agree with something said.
"That's correct" is usually said to agree with something said in courts of law, it was overly used in the case of Johnny Depp. Vs Amber Heard.

A better way, to my thinking would be:
"No, I won't be coming tomorrow. Or just "No." (informal).
The earth revolves around the world, right? (a child with a question to the teacher).
That's right. (sim, tá certa a sua hipótese - yep, you are right)

To deny, the teacher could say "I am afraid not." (or other sentences).
