Attitude is thought as "a feeling or opinion about something or someone, or a way of behaving that is caused by this." (Cambridge Dictionary).

"Attitude" in English has to do the conditioning (or the lack thereof) of the person towards something, that will influence
Someone´s likes, prejudices, life style, (long-term) behavioral patterns, etc.

Whereas "behavior" is something you have a snapshot, compared with "attitude"

Acontecendo uma "change in his way of thinking", mudança de "filosofia (de vida etc)".

Not always a behavior is aligned with one´s attitude, you can support a candidate or political party and yet fail to go out and vote.

Outside of that, there´s a somehow 'fixed expression' with the word "attitude" meaning "temperamental" or "que não leva desaforo" (in the hip-hop/rap lyrics) and sometimes meaning "pessoa que não gosta de disciplina/malcriada/difícil/tem uma personalidade forte" etc.:
