Do you get in movie? Are you getting in movie?

Qual das perguntas é mais adequada quando desejo perguntar há uma pessoa se ela já esta chegando ao cinema sendo que eu já cheguei e percebo que ela não?
Do you get in movie? (Simple Present)
Are you getting in movie? (Present Continuos)

Have you got at the (movie) theater?
Are you getting at the (movie) theater yet? [meaning "Are you any near the movie theater yet?"]

With the first you ask if the person is already there, it´s likely.

In the second, you are in doubt, if the person is already there it may or may not be mildly surprising. Anyway, the probability of the person having not arrived there is real.

Another common example to the second case:

Is dinner ready yet?
O almoço já está pronto?

No, not yet.
Não, ainda não está.
