Mas, sua sentença ainda tem dois auxiliares, o do e o will. Pode isso? Não entendi muito bem, desculpe.

Sim, pode. Não entendi de onde veio a noção de que dois auxiliares não podem estar na mesma sentença.

No caso "do" refere-se ao verbo "think" para fazer a pergunta, e o segundo auxiliar "will" é para sinalizar algo no futuro referindo ao verbo "lead" então a resposta é pode.
Outro exemplo de mais de um auxiliar na mesma frase: If I had known you were at home, I would have visited you.
Granted, "would have" along with a past participle is part of the structure to make the third conditional, a subject that maybe will be studied afterwards by you, not now. It was just to give an example that two auxiliaries can be in the same sentence.
