Na minha opinião não há diferença de sentido.

• Can easily confuse our minds.
• Can confuse our minds easily.

Adverbs of manner are particularly flexible in this regard.
Solemnly the minister addressed her congregation.
The minister solemnly addressed her congregation.
The minister addressed her congregation solemnly.

Let me see if I understood. We can use all adverbs in wherever place we want, example Can I put bluntly in the end of a sentence? Or it happens only with any specific adverbs? Which ones?

I think that we can use only adverbs of manner according of Flavia.lm

But might exist some other adverbs which we can use like it.
