Frases:

We need to do a prayer.
We need to say* a prayer.
You is a totally fool.
You are a total fool.
We are a pair.
Correct.
Our family have a Farm in Alaska.
Our family has* a farm in Alaska.
I live in my house.
Correct.
Lets do it again?
Somewhat correct, but not ideal if it's a question. I would change it into "shall we do it again?"
I’m married now!
Correct.
Anyway we gonna die.
We are gonna die anyway.
If the "anyway" shows up at the beginning of th sentence there needs to be a comma after it in which case the context changes from "we're going to die either way/no matter what" to "So, we are going to die"(Enfim... Vamos morrer)

COMO COMBINAR PALAVRAS EM INGLÊS
We need to say a prayer (usually for someone).
You are a total fool. (but "what such a fool you are! Would be more emphatical)
"We are a pair", meaning we are married, we are in a pair work activity (in class, for instance)?
Ref. collinsdictionary
Sentence #4 is fine, but 'farm' wouldn't be (normally) capitalised.
I live at home.
Now I am married.
But your sentence hints some emphasis, shock, in a way that it seems okay for me. Let's wait for further comments by the experts. I mean, it wouldn't convey the information, it seems like you are taken aback, stupefied, mesmerized
We gonna die anyway. (it would work better to me).
