Although, though, significam embora, apesar de ( ideias de concessão)
Although é usado no início das frases e em maiúsculo.
Although it rained, we had a great time
Though é usado depois da vírgula:
We had great time, though it rained.
Even though, apesar de.
Even though I had hurt me, It was fantastic.

Pessoal,
Complementando,
"Even though" é o mais enfático,"although" seria o mais formal e "though" o mais informal deles. Mas em resumo, têm o mesmo significado e podem ser usados no mesmo contexto.
Bons estudos!

Se eu usasse although nessa frase aí estaria errado gramaticalmente?

Dude, you have to use "though" in the end of your statements:Zotav escreveu:"We had great time, though it rained."

We had a great time. It rained, though.
It could also be like this:
Although it rained, we had a great time.
But then you ask me: a guy above wrote that "though must be used after coma; yes, it must, but you have to pay attention to the period inside the sentence:
We had a great time - 1 period
It rained - another period <<<<<< this is the period where the coma goes and you have to apply "though".
I hope I've helped you.
