1 hour of studying grammar Half an hour of writing 1 hour of reading aloud to practice my speaking Half an hour of writing 1 hour of vocabulary listening listening
1 hour of studying vocabulary, idioms and phrasal verbs 1 hour of listening bbc four 1 hour of grammar 1 hour of listening bbc four 1 hour of reading aloud
Half an hour of writing 1 hour and a half of grammar 1 hour of vocabulary 1 hour of grammar 1 hour of grammar

I don’t know if this is a good plan. Is there anyone who can tell me if it is enough?

Thank you very much.

My first words about it.

Flo-Joe – that is the way the name of the site should be spelled.
Word – the name of the Microsoft Office program.

Newspaper and magazines on the Internet. "Reading on the Internet" is a very commom way, not that “from” is grammarly incorrect. Just less used or, say, less natural to me. In your second paragraph it came this way.

Monday
1 hour of reading-Newspapers and magazines from internet,1 hour of copying articles from internet to improve my writing skills; 1 hora de estudo de gramática. [1 hour of grammar studying.]
(Please try not switch from Portuguese to English, or flip-flop to and fro the languages. Choose one and stick to it.)

Thursday
BBC-4 or BBC Four...

Sábado:
Revisão do vocabulário aprendido no English Experts, flo-joe e jornais , leitura de clássicos da literatura inglesa.

Saturday:
Recap of the vocabulary learned from the English Experts, Flo-Joe and Newspapers. Reading of the classics of English language/classical Literature (of English).

Sunday
Leitura e listening. (?)
[This is what I had meant before...]

All in all, our study plan seems fine to me. However, others are welcome to give their opinion, since I never sat such exams I can´t be positive and definite on such matters.
What I can say, for the time being is, it seems great.
By the way, your writing is good, you have great potential.

Hello Paulo,

I’m very grateful to you for having corrected my grammar mistakes. I am also obliged to you for drawing my attention to my carelessness when I mentioned the websites and the name of the Microsoft program.

I’m in the very bad habit of switch from Portuguese to English. I will try not to make this again.

Sunday:
Reading and listening on internet.
P.S. I hope you can correct my essays when I post them.

Thank you very much
Ana

Don´t sweat it, Ana. We all make mistakes.
The fact of acknowledging that, along with your interest and attitude towards learning, get you off to a good start. Congrats on that.
And count on us to make comments and give suggestions, to me that´s a good way to train my passable English, learn, communicate with others and make friends in the process.

While on the subject, good tip of yours, Big Spire.
Hello!
Do you know the Online English Practice from Cambridge?
You pay 6 pounds for a six months access.
You can practice you speaking by recording it and send to a teacher or to Cambridge.
They will listen to it and give you a feedback.

I hope you like my suggestion.

You're very disciplined, maybe you need more spontaneous than so mechanical. Remember that we think in Portuguese (latin form) so we need to learn more expressions (british and american expressions). To learn isn't do not repeat or tranlate (just my opinion).

P.S: I'm studying a lot too. :)

Hi there, Rodrigo!
From your text it shows that you problably is making strides in your learning, and certainly you do a good job with speaking. I noticed that you might consider changing it a little bit to match the written standards. So, here you are:

You're very disciplined, maybe you need more a spontaneous method, rather than just mechanical.
Remember that we think in Portuguese (then, a language from the Latin family), so what we need is to learn more expressions (British and American ones). Learning isn't (just doing) repetition or translation (just my opinion, though).

I hope it helps somehow.

PP, just a minor correction.

it seems to me that your sentence "... you probably is..." should read ",,, you probably are..."

The rest of your presentation looks Okay, say, flawless.

That´s right. Thank you Marcio, for the heads up, I owe you big time for this one!
The drinks are on me when I get to Pernambuco someday! :D
And thanks for your positive feedback, I like that word "flawless", it´s music to my ears, hee hee.
Hei,

Thanks Paulo, certainly it help us. I'm begin student yet. I'm studying a lot for get my certificate at finish of the course. Focus on expressions is necessary for learn english correctly, it's a challenge.

Best wishes !!!

Again, you do very well for a beginner. Good job, be proud of your work!
Now some impressions and tips that might be of interest for you.

Hey!

Thanks Paulo, certainly it is of help to us [a]. I'm still a beginner student . I'm studying a lot to get my certificate upon finishing the course. Focus on expressions is necessary to learn English correctly, it's a challenge!

[a] also...it helps us (but some people could not like it much, because the seemingly lisp in "helps us" - too many hissing S-sounds.)
Or just "I am a beginner", would be understood as well, to mean a neophyte/newcomer/greenhorn etc.

Best wishes!

Aside notes:
- be careful with prepositions!
-yes, it´s a challenge. English is easy but not effortless (but then, if it was, would we value what we learn? Problaby no! Or some would do some wouldn´t...
-be careful when spelling names of languages, all are capitalized in the beggining, all languages begin with capital letters.
-in English we use just one exclamation point (written English, I mean.); when you use two or more, you may not please the examiner (or even the average reader -and to whom English is his mother tongue.)
Of course, I am not talking about the English at chats (some chat rooms - I mean- but then you are not required to do much, then you don´t learn much...)

Don´t worry much about them, I mean in an overly way. With time you will get the hang, and soon you will be teaching me! :)
