Should be "good at". If you say you are "good in something" it means behavior there, say if you are good in class you certainly behave in a meekly way there.
I was always good in math, but I raised hell in chemistry, perhaps that was the chemistry teacher hated me! Meaning, good in math and chemistry classes.

[e] there are some differences between living in a house and living in a flat.
