When, We used the verb 'there to be', We utilize the same rules, like...

There are = plural
There is = singular
There was = past

Do it Have other rules to use??

There is:Há,existe.(Singular)...presente.
There are:Há,existem.(Plural)...presente.

There was:Havia,existia.(Singular.)...passado.
There were:Havia,existiam.(Plural.)...passado.
