Prefira usar sempre "the",diga então "I'll be the best".

I'll be best or I'll be the best?

esse "the" é obrigado?

Cada dia aprendo mais um pouco e enriqueço minha cultura, obrigado.

Porém, se for possível, tirem uma dúvida.

Na frase: Eu não vou malhar hoje.

Eu usaria o will ou going to? apesar de ja ser uma ação planejada, alguns me disseram pra usar o will not (won't) e outros o going to.. então, qual estaria correto?

- i won't work out today.
- i ain't going to work out today.

Outra coisinha, vi no google que malhar seria work out esta correto?
