There are some programs (and sites) that make the reading. Despite some "hickups" they do fairly well. By listening and reading one can see how the links work (for example, the program reads "érol" when it find the words "at all"). Obviously, one has to know a bit of English, since such tools aren´t perfected yet, but sometimes they can help.

I put this piece here, and figured it doesn´t deal well with parenthetical information as well.
And with the "read a book" I realized that it can adjust the rhythm/cadence of the talking.
Summing up, there´s no replacement for the human being... There are (imperfect) useful tools.
