HI THERE!
Apenas complementando trata-se de conhecido falso-cognato, veja:
eventually
at the end of a period of time or a series of events.
Our flight eventually left five hours late.
I'll get round to mending it eventually.
She hopes to get a job on the local newspaper and eventually work for ‘The Times’.
She hopes eventually to attend medical school and become a doctor.
Use finally for the last in a list of things.
In your sentence "finally" is the best option.
Cheers!

Como Cinnamon bem colocou, o eventually é um falso cognato no português. Significados de Eventualmente e de Eventually:

Por exemplo, se você quer sugerir que algo vai acontecer depois de muito tempo, finally não deve ser usado:
e·ven·tu·al·men·te
(eventual + -mente)
Advérbio
1. De modo eventual.
2. Usa-se para indicar uma possibilidade (ex.: o problema é eventualmente maior do que parece). = TALVEZ
Então, conforme descrito em Como dizer "Final" e "Finalmente" em inglês, a tradução de eventually (adverb) é consequentemente, finalmente, no fim, no devido tempo. A tradução de eventual (adjective) é final.eventually
Adverb /ɪˈven.tju.əl.i/
B2 in the end, especially after a long time or a lot of effort, problems, etc.:
