In general they are good, just some mistakes:

1. Have you been in this village for a long time?
2. Have you been in this country for a long time?
3. Have you been in this city for a long time?
4. Have you been in that place for a long time?
5. Have you been there for a long time?
6. Have you been in this house for a long time?
7. Have you been in this job for a long time?
8. Have you been in this for a long time?
9. Have you been downtown for a long time?

1. Você está nesta aldeia há muito tempo? (Traduzi assim pelo contexto do diálogo)
2. Você está nesse país há muito tempo?
3. Você está nesta cidade há quanto tempo?
* Você está nesta cidade há muito tempo?

My Tips:
It is very common to use "How Long" in "Perfet Tense"
How long have you been there?
How long have you been living in São Paulo?
Maybe some of your sentences could be improved using that structure.
In your sentences the main idea is that those situations started in the past,
but are still happening...
We can see that the way the sentences are structured.

Never translate "have been" into Portuguese as: "estava"
"Estava" is a good translation in this case: I was so sick I coudn't sleep.

It is really nice to practice Perfect tenses, some learners underestimate the importance of that verb tense.
