There´s an intersection in meaning, sometimes all of them can mean "divirta-se/divertir-se".
But there will be situations in which "have a good time" and "enjoy yourself" will mean "desfrute/desfrutar" albeit in the sense of "having fun" in the process (divertir-se no processo de desfrutar...)
For example:
On Saturday morning enjoy yourself buying the freshest food in the magnificent Central Market...
(Desfrute o sábado comprando os alimentos mais frescos no magnífico Mercado Central...)
But there will be situations in which "have a good time" and "enjoy yourself" will mean "desfrute/desfrutar" albeit in the sense of "having fun" in the process (divertir-se no processo de desfrutar...)
For example:
