Hi,
I prefer medium steak. Besides that, a good "salada de batata".
Obs.: Remember that is healthier if you don't eat too much meat!
That's it!

Well done, and medium? What a waste of good meat! Being American and a cowboy at heart, at least for dancing, I believe that there are three ways to prepare a good steak which are; rare, dead, and walking in. Or to quote the movie Cowboys, just knock off it's horns, wipe it's behind, and throw it on the plate.
With all that being said I like my steaks charred rare, which is burned on the outside and ice cold in the middle, this preperation requires an extremely hot fire, and most steak houses can not cook steaks this way so I normally have to settle for rare.

Bill, thank you for correcting my writing.
Hi there!
When I go to the Steak House, I order a medium steak.
Hugs,
Eduardo

Marcio,
If I may, I think you need a subject to answer the question of who is not a meat lover, therefore I would suggest that you add "I am" or "I'm" after "Although", also the hyphen between "well" and "done" is not required.
"Your post would then read, "Although I am not a meat lover, I like my steak well done."
Thank you for reading my suggestions.
