How you call yourself is more usual when translated from romance languages (Portuguese/French/Spanish), with the meaning of "como te chamas?"

In conversational English is more common "what's your name?/what do they call you?/how are you called?/tell me your name?/what is your name?/can you tell me how you are called?" or something like this.
Not that the first would be wrong, only less common.

In more academical or formal settings it could be found, though:
How do you call yourself then Charles Marie, although you have no other name than that of Charles...either in the licence of 1764, the batismal extract of your son or the decree of nobility of 1711?
