I made it IN/AT the beginning of the year
Olá, pessoal do EE!
Eu estava escrevendo em meu blog (com o objetivo de melhorar minha escrita em inglês) e me deparei com a seguinte indagação: devo usar IN ou AT, na frase abaixo? E por quê?
"I made it IN/AT the beginning of the year."
PS: Peço desculpas, se por acaso houver um tópico semelhante a esse e eu esteja sendo redundante e obrigado desde já!

Oi Felipe!
Eu acho que você deve usar o "at" -> I made it at the beginning of the year.
Definição:
At the beginning é usado para se referir ao lugar e data em que algo começou: at the beginning of the 19th century - no começo do século XIX. In the beginning significa "a princípio" e sugere contraste com uma situação posterior: In the beginning he didn't want to go - no começo ele não queria ir.
Also: From beginning to end: do início ao fim

Minha sugestão é a de que se use "at", no contexto apresentado. Abaixo temos dois posts muito bons sobre o assunto:
At the beginning x in the beginning
At the beginning x in the beginning
At the beginning x in the beginning
At the beginning x in the beginning
Oh, obrigado Carol e Donay! Esclarecido!
Abraços.
