Isso é uma noun clause?

Olá!
Estou estudando noun clauses. Minha gramática traz como exemplo "I'm glad (that) you passed your exams", onde a parte sublinhada é uma noun clause.
Gostaria de saber, entretanto, se em "Some breast surgeons are discomfited that some might infer from the article that reconstructive surgery is a quick and easy procedure", a parte sublinhada é uma noun clause ou se nesse caso, por ter dois verbos (might e be), já é outra coisa.
Grata,
Ana.

From what I have read in this site, a noun clause (oração substantiva/integrante/nominal ) might be

a) introduced by "dependent signal'' words. Like THAT, for instance.

b) Noun clauses describe something about the verb or the sentence. We use who, what, which, whose, whoever, whatever, when, where, why, whether, how and that in noun clauses.

So, for the time being, I would say the independente clause here is "Some breast surgeons are discomfited" and the dependent clause is "that some might infer from the article that reconstructive surgery is a quick and easy procedure"

So, the dependent clause may be used as a noun there.

c) From what I read, there´s nothing wrong with having more than one verb in that fragment of sentence called noun clause.

Let´s wait for more comments, since I am just a learner just like you, so I could be mistaken or misled.

Some breast surgeons are descomfited
Who is descomfited? Some breast surgeons( subject)
What is making them to be descomfited?"That some might infer from the article might infer from the article that reconstructive surgery is a quick and easy procedure " , and this sentence is acting as an object of the main sentence. Therefore, I can say that the underlined sentence is a noun clause.
Have a look at this video.I think It will help you to understand a little more about the topic.

Thank you all! I thought everything you wrote here before I asked my question, but I was afraid I could be thinking about the English Grammar just like I think about Portuguese Grammar, and sometimes they differ from each other.
Have a nice day! :)
