It: Quando e Como usar

What's the game is this?
What's the game it this?
What's the game it's?

I think you are (perhaps) mixing up things.
There is the QUASM form to make questions, but what you want to know when you would use IT in the end of a question.

QUASM Notice that it is to form almost any question in English.

Where´s the difference then?
With QUASM you can spot clearly the subject, I, you, he, she, it, you, we, they, etc...

But there are questions in which you don´t have clearly a subject, take questions about time and weather for example:
What time is it?
Is it the weekend yet?
Is it raining right now?
In general they may (or may not, if the answerer doesn´t wish) be answered beggining with "it´s/is"...

And there are question in which you don´t have a degree of certainty (what kind of game is this/that?) or What (kind of) game is it?
It doesn´t have a clear answer, you don´t know the game, and the other person may or may not know it.
It´s a question that leaves room to the incertainty (and a bigger answer as well), it would be "this game is" or simply "it´s bubble football game!".

In other words, we could have a sentence like this:

It´s cold today.
(translation: Está frio hoje)

"What's the game is this?" aqui você ta usando o "is" duas vezes, e o "the" não é necessário. Então ficaria apenas "What game is this?".
