Quem pode me dizer a diferença entre esses três verbos frasais?
Sei que o primeiro empregamos informalmente no sentido de "anotar por escrito com uma caneta ou lápis"; o segundo, parece-me mais formal que o primeiro e o terceiro, o mais formal de todos os três.
