Em SP, em órgaos públicos em geral, normalmente há um aviso de que desacato à autoridade é crime, confome artigo tal da lei tal, blahblahblah. "Autoridade" leia-se qualquer funcionário público. Normalmente é uma plaquinha básica fixada na parede, não sei se existe nome específico.

This really has to do with me, a government-hired civil servant since October 1994 but not "mamando na teta do governo" (word for that in English anyone?)
Yes, according to section 331 of the Brazilian Penal Code, "manhandling or unfairly treating a civil servant on duty constitutes a crime" for which the manhandling aggressor or unfair treatment giver may get six months to two years in prison or get fined.
The wording on signs may read, "Tratar funcionário público no exercício de sua função constitui crime" bla-bla-bla.
Actually, no one should disrespectfully address, much less manhandle anyone, civil servant or not.
