I never know when to use one or the other: Leave x Let.

- I'm not going to let you speak to me like that.
- Why don't you let me watch TV? Why don't you leave me watch TV?
- Leave me alone! Let me go!

Why?

Well, it's not that hard to understand both. Leave is more related to "leave something/somebody somewhere" or "leave something/somebody", and let is more related to "let somebody do something". For example:

Leave + Object pronoun:
"Leave him there! Just forget him!"
"Leave me alone!"

Let + Object pronoun + verb:
"Let him go to the party. He'll be fine."
"Why don't you let me talk to her?"

About your examples:
"Why dont you let me whatch TV?" - it's correct
"Why dont you leave me watch TV?" - it's not because there's a verb (watch) after it. It'd be better if it was: "Why don't you leave me?"
