Hi!
Tks a lot for the compliment!

That is an interesting topic, I just think the title should be: stress or rules for two syllables words

example:

In verbs with 2 syllables, the stress usually falls on the second syllable - (60%)

pervert
convert
conflict
project
contract

in nouns and adjectives with two syllables, the stress usually falls on the first syllable - (90%)

exemplo:

speaker
flowers
table
guitar
extra
instant
handsome
gentle
graceful
booklet
pencil

Hi mili

Actually that was not my intention here, but to point out the fact that some words in English have different pronunciation when used as a noun or as a verb. Everything you said about stress is quite correct, but some of your examples are just one or the other. Thanks for posting, anyway.
