"Middle of" x "Midst of": Qual a diferença
"A little bit of love is a lot of health that can make us rest in the midst of insanity".
"In the midst of" e "in the middle of" correspondem, respectivamente, à "em meio ao" e "no meio do"?

There is nothing ungrammatical in your sentence, of course, but it's somewhat awkward perhaps because of the way words such as health and insanity are generally used.
"A little bit of love is a lot of health that can make us rest in the midst of insanity".
Some suggestions to stir the creative juices:
A little bit of love leads to a lot of healing, a place of rest amidst such/much insanity.
A little bit of love leads to much healing, a restful place in the midst of much insanity.
Regards

Henry,
I'm really sorry I took so long to feedback.
But thank you very much for your suggestions! I truly appreciate them!
I actually think you've done a flawless job, 'cause now I want to use my 'creative juices' by mixing these 2 sentences, like this: "A little bit of love leads to a lot of healing, a restful place in the midst of much insanity". Well, it looks more poetic to me (just don't ask me why!). hahahaha
Did I get it right? hahaha
Again, thank you!
