Olá, boa tarde eu li esse seguinte contexto:
My Coffee has _____ cold:

2) gone
Parece que, os dois significa "meu café ficou frio". Fiquei confusa, qual é a que está certo.

Other way to see it, piggybacking on the spotless answer provided by RedSea.
If you aren’t sure whether to use gone or went, remember that gone always needs an auxiliary verb before it (has, have, had, is, am, are, was, were, be), but went doesn’t.

Conversely, our initial question already contains the auxiliary verb (has) which is an indication that GONE is what follows, it's the suitable verb (choosing from the Gone-Went pair).
Should it be "no verb" (in the place of the auxiliary HAS) then it would be WENT, it's not the case, though.

It's correct then.
