Gostaria de saber se o uso da expressão "at all" está correto nessa frase, e também o "all"

No caso nessa frase quis enfatizar o 'able to change'. Fiz correto?
Se não, poderiam me explicar, e me dizerem uma maneira correta de dizer essa frase?

''At all'' is used in negative and interrogative sentences to add emphasis, for example:
Ex) This movie left me with no excitment at all.
Ex)Why bother getting up at all when you don't have a job to go to?
Don't use ''at all'' with affirmative statements. In your sentence, it's better to stay on safe grounds and use: completelly, totally etc.
Show them that you're totally able to change all our lives through your love.
