Oi,
Estou na dúvida se uso o "of" ou o "from".
"The quasi-nullification of the opposition and the ineffective oversight mechanisms are consequences of the consensual politics and its basis, the multiparty system and the proportional vote."
O texto vem seguido de:
"Our main frame is the presidential of coalition and the asymmetric power for the president, governors and mayors in a comparison with the representative bodies. The quasi - nullification of the opposition and the ineffective oversight mechanisms are consequences of the consensual politics and its basis, the multiparty system and the proportional vote."

Desculpe-me se a sugestão vem tardiamente.
Mais uma mexidinha no texto. Sugiro:
"Our main frame is that of a presidential coalition..." em vez de "... is the presidential of coalition..."
Em vez de "... and the asymmetric power..." podemos dar a seguinte redação:
"... a presidential coalition with asymmetric power for the president..." ou
... a presidential coalition granting the president asymmetric power..."
Mais uma mexidinha no texto. Sugiro:
"Our main frame is that of a presidential coalition..." em vez de "... is the presidential of coalition..."
Em vez de "... and the asymmetric power..." podemos dar a seguinte redação:
"... a presidential coalition with asymmetric power for the president..." ou
... a presidential coalition granting the president asymmetric power..."
