Hi William, depende do que se quer dizer:
Normalmente usamos any para perguntas e negativas e some para afirmativas.
Do you have any change left? "Tem troco sobrando?"
Yes, I have some change in my pocket.
Sorry, I don' have any.
Porém, em casos como offering:
Would you like some coffee? "Aceita café?"(Any would be less polite - "educado")
I don't want some sugar, thank you. "Não quero um pouco de açúcar."
Abaixo segue post anterior esclarecendo melhor.

COMO COMBINAR PALAVRAS EM INGLÊS
O que você quis dizer? Acho que não.
Ficaria melhor I don't have any money...
Any em perguntas e some em respostas significam "algum". Any em frases de negação significa "nenhum, nada, etc etc".

I agreed with the above comments.
So, in the case of your question, specifically, it would better if reworded into:
I don't have any money for you.
So the "any-question" is answered, but let me tell you, it would sound like a bit harsh on your part.
You could use a more polite way, softening the ''NO'' if you wish.
For instance: you could say "sorry but I paid my bills/course/college etc... and got not much left to loan out." If the person persists and nag you, then you would then resource to the straight "I don´t have any money for you" spiel.
Anyway, I must admit that each case is a different case.
