Sobre a frase "This is what you meant"
É uma trecho de uma música, porém consultando fontes diferentes percebi uma divergência: umas colocam o ponto de interrogação e outras não.
Gostaria de saber se ela afirma ou interroga. E no opção de der uma afirmativa, como fazer a interrogativa.
Thanks'

Hey!
This is what you meant. (Afirmativa)
Is this what you meant? (Interrogativa)
Mas informalmente você pode ouvir um ''This is what you meant?'' que não é o jeito correto de fazer a pergunta mas é muito comum, especialmente pra demonstrar surpresa e tal, então depende muito do contexto da música =)

What did you mean when you said...? (asking for further clarifying of a matter.)
What did you mean by that?
To confirm/clarify or just some elaborating more on something just said, for example, "yesterday he said he would take care of her."
In informal ways (or in a day-to-day conversation if you wish.) it´s just like OEstudante de Ingles have commented. That is, by the intonation, more often than not by rising intonation at the end of the question. It goes up at the end, that´s the clue indicating that it is a question in these cases.
