INGLÊS PARA VIAGENS
I am a man kept to myself, my travel and life adventures are much not on social media.
They say I am kept to myself, but I am liked by almost everyone.
...friends and acquaintances said Lynch was a private man who kept to himself. No one could recall ever seeing him bring anyone to his apartment.

Here I don´t mean friendless, insular or isolated, but let´s say, on the "with a few friends, or having not many of them" by without being pushy against making friends.
Perhaps the person is just a bit on the introvert side or something. That is they are not given to open up much, it could be a trait of the person or perhaps they open up with some people and not with others.
Certainly other comments will come up.
