Hi there!
How about "to preach to the converted".
Ex: There's no need to tell us about the benefits of recycling. You're preaching to the converted.

Olá Pessoal,
Mais uma sugestão: Teach your grandmother(to suck eggs).

Boa sorte!Teaching grandmother to suck eggs is an English-language saying meaning that a person is giving advice to someone else about a subject that they already know about (and probably more than the first person)
Hi Surferboy,
This expression is designed as an answer to some suggestion that appears absolutely superfluous. I have never seen it in English, but it would work, as in
"This is like teaching the priest to say mass."
An old one in English is "to carry coals to Newcastle," since Newcastle, England, was a major coal-exporting port.
Or you could say, "Ship coffee to Brazil," or "ship ice to Antarctica," or "sell air conditioners to Eskimos."
Have fun!

Dear teacher PONDEDANIEL!
I would like you translate to me:
"You're preaching to the converted on TV."
Você está pregando para...
I also have this doubt, please, translate: Thanks in advance.

First of all sorry for taking too long on answering your question
Now going straight to the point:
I would like you translate to me:
"You're preaching to the converted"
Você quer ensinar o padre a rezar a missa?
I also have this doubt, please, translate:
"Thanks in advance" = agradeço desde já = agradeço com antecedência
