Preposições com 'To throw' e 'To shout'

To shout at/to(gritar para avisar)

To throw at, To shout at
Usamos quando, quem recebe a ação não está ciente, não está esperando:
Don’t throw stones at the dog (não jogue pedras no cachorro)
He shouted at her in front of them all (ele gritou com ela na frente de todos eles)

To throw to, To shout to
Usamos quando, quem recebe a ação está ciente, e atento:

I threw the ball to her and she caught it (eu joguei pra ela, e ela pegou)
I shouted to him to give me... (eu gritei para ele me dar...)
The car driver shouted to him to get out of the way (o motorista do carro gritou para ele sair da frente)

Com o verbo 'shout' também usamos a preposição 'for'
He shouted for help (ele gritou por ajuda)
