Sim, é correto.

No entanto, sugiro "have" no lugar de "did", neste caso.

Have you had lunch already?

Bons estudos.

In speaking, we often use already with verbs in the simple past tense instead of verbs in the present perfect tense[1]:

Josefina and Josegrossa already left. (Past Simple, typical for AmE)
Did Josefina and Josegrossa already leave? (Past Simple, typical for AmE)

Mr. Schmidt already typed 100 pages of his report. (Past Simple, typical for AmE)
Did Mr. Schmidt already type 100 pages of his report? (Past Simple, typical for AmE)

The Americans already went to Jupiter. (Past Simple, typical for AmE)
Did the Americans already go to Jupiter? (Past Simple, typical for AmE)

Note: In writing, speakers of American English, British English, Australian English, South African English, Indian English and other English more commonly use already with present perfect tense. Example:

Have the Americans already gone to Jupiter? (Present perfect, typical for both AmE and BrE)

[1] Speakers of BrE may do it occasionally.
