Como dizer "frio na barriga" em inglês

Ravenna 3
Hi there!

-> to get a sick feeling in your stomach

Ex: When I see him I get a sick feeling in my stomach.

Hi there,

Hey Eduardo,

Hi there!

Uma expressão que gosto bastante é: to get cold feet.
To suddenly become too frightened to do something you had planned to do, especially something important like getting married. - Ref. idioms.thefreedictionary

Ravenna is right. A gut feeling is a hunch, something that you feel to be right, intuition. Detectives are supposed to use their gut feeling to solve crimes when they don't have sufficient evidence to go on.
Podemos utilizar também "the willies". Veja:

I always get the willies before a test.

Complementando a sugestão do thameson: "get the willies".

Get The Willies (get a very gross or uncomfortable feeling...)

Hey there,

"to be on edge"

The phrase "on edge" means "feeling nervous" or "not calm and relaxed." It is used to say that someone is having feelings of being worried and afraid about what might happen. Below are some examples of how it is used.
  • The students were on edge before the final exam in their math class.
  • The singer didn't usually feel on edge before performances—she was calm and ready to sing.
  • He was feeling extremely on edge before the interview for his dream job.
  • We were on edge watching the final minutes of football game.
